the final drum solo; cymbals; how a gig went

hi there.my friend brandon sherman is in town, and we're rehearsing music for the next chord four record. excite. also, his wife knit (or crocheted...?) slippers for our house. more excite.last week i had a show that you can read about here. it was a lot of fun--it was very well attended, and a lot of lovely music was made. here's a few photos, each taken by my dad, peter woodford. click to enlarge. if you have a chance to see or support a jazz bakery show, please do, they're wonderful.                         nextly, my kickstarter campaign for the cymbal project is, at the time of writing, just over two days away from being done. if you've already offered your help, thank you kindly. if you haven't, please consider giving it a once over and seeing if you'd like to.lastly, this is the last of my 'other drum solos' series (whoa mustache). i hope you've enjoyed watching them, and that you'll share them with your friends and colleagues. also, drop me a line if you'd be interested in seeing a second season of them. thanks and cheers.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bF_05CGxEI4&feature=plcp
